What shipping methods do you offer?
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days $6.00USD
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days $10.00USD
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days $25.00USD

Do you offer free shipping?
- Standard free shipping is available on all orders over $75.00USD
Updating your order:
Can I cancel or edit my order?
- Orders can only be canceled or edited before they have been shipped. You can do so by contacting us at alicia@wildragboutique.shop
Can I change my shipping address?
- Shipping addresses must be changed before the item has shipped. You can do this by contacting us with your updated shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the errors in the address that you provide.
Order issues:
My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
- We suggest contacting us to file a report. After contacting us we will give you the carrier used (USPS, UPS or FEDEX). You will want to contact the carrier and file a missing package report. They will want proof of purchase and the amount spent. We advise to not delete your emails. They will refund you for the value in your package. NOTE: please make sure it has not mistakenly been delivered to a neighbor.
What is your return & exchange policy?
- You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, see our return policy at the bottom of the Home Page.
