Shipping Within The United States

Order Processing

We ship only within the United States. We process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order please contact us immediately at alicia@wildragboutique.shop. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it ships. Please review and insure that you have entered the correct address when checking out. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

Delivery Standards

Delivery shipping times do not include processing time. Orders are typically processed in 2-3 days after they have been placed.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days $6.00USD

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days $10.00USD

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days $25.00USD

All orders over $75.00USD are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.

Shipping Status

To check your shipping status please use the tracking number located on your confirmation email. You can click the Track My Order tab located on the Home Page and fill in your tracking number. This will show the location of your package and its estimated delivery date. If there are any problems or concerns with your shipping status please contact us at alicia@wildragboutique.shop and we will help you to the best of our ability. 

NOTE: Once the package is in the carriers care, it is out of our hands and problems must be disputed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) at that time.
